Weren't C-4's used in the early 66-77 Bronco's?

You just need the output shaft and the housing that goes in between the trans and transfer case?
Almost all the early broncos ('66-'77) that were automatics had C-4s in them, I've seen a few c-5s, but I thought they were replacements. My particular set up is a PA C4 with brake, and a PA convertor.

I was thinking of using the shorter output shaft with a gv o/d unit to try and lessen the overall length of the trans.

I have something of that nature but it has a very short tailshaft with a fixed yoke. 1st and only one I have ever seen.

Guys, thanks for the input. I've gone another direction with my trans so I won't be needing the short output.

That is probably for a van. I have one like that out of a '68 Econoline van.
