I'm going to pass on the converter. Dad just picked up an AOD for his Cougar.

I'm improving nicely. I had a number of things wrong but I'm working through it. Apparently working 18 hours a day is bad for people Laughing

And I really don't miss my junk food either. To much sodium and colestoral is baaad. Still got a ways to go yet though.

Matt,

Not enough sleep and poor eating habits is a very bad thing. The lack of a good nights sleep leads to many problems. Adjust your activities to get 7-8 hours, do not add any salt and reduce fried/fast foods as much as possible. I like french fries as much as anyone, but only allow once or twice a week.

Good luck on your efforts on changing your habits. It will be hard but well worth it in the long run.

Remember, junk parts in an engine do not make for a powerful or long lasting engine!

Hahaha yea and junk fuel makes it run like crap too. I'm hoping to step back into a milder workout rutene than what I did before this soon to help with burning the gunk out. Although I wouldn't think many would call running 4 miles a day and a few hundred pushups and sit-ups mild Smile

Matt,

When I was younger, 30's, I was running three days a week,6,8 and 13 miles, and benching 300# and weighed 175#. Now at almost 65 my running is somewhere 2-5 miles, exercise bike, rowing and very light weights. I started reducing my miles and weights around 50. If you don't reduce the load when you get older the joints well give you hell when you are older. I have always believed that "no gain without pain" is BS. Each person requires his/her own workout plan/method to gain strength. It took me two years to find this out when lifting weights.

Exercise without good nutrition and sleep is the a bridge to nowhere.

That's exactly what my doctor said. He's got me on vitamins for the next few weeks and he told me to lay off picking up engine blocks. Sometimes I like to pick up my empty Cleveland block and carry it around a bit. What a Face

The only bellhousing I have right now is a smallblock for a 164 tooth flywheel. You can buy a new bellhousing as they are modular in nature Very Happy
