Hot Rod Mag 1,000+ hp 600" single carb Kaase bulit 1994

I had this magazine for year's and must have lost it in my last move to the new house I posted a request on YB if anyone collected Hot Rod Magazines if they could post the article or email it to me. Someone saw the request and posted it.

I wonder after 16 years and a few changes what this engine could do. I'm thinking with a few tweaks that the hp could be matched with less cam, less compression less rev's. What do you think ?

The Barry Grant stuff would have to go in the garage. Everyone including Holley builds a better carb. I think the heads may be the C heads now. I have a set that outflows them with a smaller intake valve. I still have a set of those rods and pistons.
