Mark Mickey's injectors have been used by a decent number of high hp cars with success. They are a bit bulky IMO, but they do work.

Another option for large (200# and bigger) injector is Mike Moran. http://www.moranmotorsports.com/products/catalog/index.php?cPath=63 Again, a good number of people using them with good luck.

Either source of injectors are pricey, but the savings from having to buy multiple sets of 160# injectors and the associated plumbing can offset that cost a bunch.
