Turbochargers by Hugh Macinnes
This was the first book i got lot of good info on turbo and show you how to read turbo maps and all kinds of info. I know there are a few more books out there ill try to track them down and post them up.

Turbo: Real-World High-Performance Turbocharger Systems (S-A Design) (Paperback)

FYI, on barns and nobles site they had used HP series turbochargers books used from $4.00 bucks!
