c6 shifter linkage position and pattern.

is the linkage strait down and pattern front to rear P-R-N-3-2-1 on all c6 transmissions ? mine is from a 76 lincoln long tailshaft that i converted to mid car shaft and housing !

The factory linkage points to the front in park and in 1st it still points to the front a little,if you use a aftermarket lever you can move it around where you want as long as it works all the gears.
