New Guy From CO
Hello everyone. I'm new to the BBF world but I'm a long time ford fanatic! I'm just starting to build my 1st real race car (no street driving)
I will be building a 2003 Mach1. Plan is to run a conventional headed 565 with a F3 123 gear drive setup.
I have read a bunch of great stuff here (Great site). I hope to contribute a little as well.

I will do. I plan on taking lots of pictures of the build. I will make a post once we make some progress. Right now I'm striping down the car. I hope to have the suspension and brakes done by the end of the year. If all goes real good I will have the 25.5 welded up by xmas, I already have all the bars ready to go in.
Do you know if there is any way a BBF can fit under a stock hood? Its important to me to keep the Mach 1 look.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a killer build. Can't wait to see it. Who's doing the chassis work?

Scott Patten with P&P Performance will be building the car. Staying with a stock suspended car for now.

Thanks guys! I'm excited for this one. It will be a few months before I can post some pics other than a torn apart mustang
But this winter I hope for a rolling chassis... (25.5, brakes, suspension & rear end)
