385 noob from Arizona
i never realistically expected to go big block with my project but things just have a way of happening like that. I have a 72 Gran Torino that origionally came with a 302/c4/8" and am being given a 72 tbird for parts( Mmmm, parts!). The bird has a 429/c6/9" and i plan to swap the 429 and 9" into the torino along with a bunch of other odds and ends, once its all together i want to shoot for mid 12 sec passes at the strip while still being street legal and able to drive home after a night of racing!
