Question for Steve

Post  studly on November 8th 2010, 4:00 pm

If you cannot leave on full NOS power Example pulling an extra 5 degrees of timing to keep car from spinning then ramping timing back in will the car run quicker with one kit on say 350hp ramping timing back in or leaving on one kit full power say 150 then bring in another kit for 200hp. about .6 into the run

also which kit would you bring in first if you have a fogger and a plate. if you decide to run both kits.

thanks

From what I have learned two smaller kits will always be faster then one large one.. In this case I would leave on the plate as the smaller set up, then add the direct port system on top of it.. The plate won't hit as hard small, and the direct port will come on smoother then a plate with the larger hit in it as well.. Also, if you want to you have the option to bank the direct port system when you turn it on and soften it up a little more too.. Thanks, SJ
