Well I called the owner of the building at the # you got me. And they gave me Gene's new cell and house #. So after 4-5 nice calls I had to get shitty with him and Trace/Zantrex, :twisted: . So he finally agreed to send it to Zantrex in Canada. So they could repair it for me, They received it about 2 months ago and still have it. So Ive been without my inverter for about 12 months now. I thank you for your help but down ever buy a Trace/Zantrex product. There customer service is the worst I have ever seen. Thanks Bob
