They are avaliable new if you can't wait.

summit offers them in a kit, http://www.summitracing.com/parts/DUR-FKF-1/ I'm not sure if Lem could get them or not?

Nevermind.....

He needs a one piece. I'll call Summit to see if theirs is a one or two. Looks like a two from the pic.

I've never noticed a problem using either one.

Apparently the design of the cam gear isn't friendly to the two piece.
