Code Book Anyone

Just wondering if anyone could tell me what the codes 32, 33, 35 are on a 95 Chevy Tahoe. Trying to help my brother out. I tried to tell him to pull the radiator cap off back the tahoe out and pull a F250 in and put the cap on and all would be good but he wasn't going for it. Anyway if anyone has this info would be greatly appreciated.
