Hydraulic clutch setup for Foxbody
I believe I will be going with the TKO 500 and Quicktime bellhousing in my Foxbody build.
I am wondering what other peoples thoughts are on my clutch setup.
I picked up a set of clutch and brake pedals/clutch master cylinder from a 1987 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe.
I found thru a little investigation that they are the only Foxbody cars that had a factory hydraulic clutch set up.
Pedals/master cylinder look like they are basically a bolt in.
I am thinking I can run my own hydraulic lines to a hydraulic throwout bearing and use a remote reservior for the fluid.
Anyone want to chime in with their thoughts on this setup?

Converted the FMX tranny in my Model A to a Mazda 5-speed outta a F-150. Used the hydraulic throw-out bearing and the master cylinder from the P/U. Didnt have room for mechanical linkage. Sent the OEM hose ends to Godman, who made a new stainless steel braided piece. Real nice, and works great.
