Ford drag boat guy !! texas too !! lol

Im new to this site, just moved here from to austin tx from california. looking forward to racing with the sdba here in texas. I run a 1200hp Boss 429 punched out to 500ci in a 300lb jet boat. I cant get enough, love it. looking to build a drag car at some point this year too, to run the local drag strips.

What kind of ET and mph you getting out of that thing?

Hey buddy !!! It ran 8.40 at 127mph with the last setup, but the carbs were in left field. the motor got a full aviad dry sump, so after the dyno this winter we should be knocking on the High 7 second or low 8 seconds. Cant wait till march !!!

njba is 145mph and above needs capsule so were good. Sdba is 7.70 et needs capsule. all the blown and nitrous guys are right at those numbers trying to stay under !!
