Call Lem Evans for your cam, he can pretty much hit it on the head for you. D&D makes some good headders but since you already have the tublar k-member, dynatech just released 2 1/8 headders to clear C6 trans with deep pans. They work with AJE and UPR k-members. Converter I would say call PTC after you get a cam set up. I got a 10" SS converter for $425 and I has all the good stuff and it stalls just like it's designed for. They get in dept with all your stuff, having the car weight will help or pretty close. It is a real good converter, they also have all different sizes as well. Carb I would say a good 1150 or 1250 dominator but mabe someone else might pin point it for you. Lem will be able to tell you what is best for your setup as far as a carb.

A 700 horsepower everyday streetable 545 engine will probably be under 6,000 RPM.

The heads must be ported to the intake as it has slightly different location ports already.

"700hp at the wheels" may be a little bit optomistic with a 10.2:1 engine IMO
