s and w powerglide adp plate

any body use the plate to adapt the bbf to glide?i need to know the thickness of the three gold spacers that go on the converter bolts.lost mine when bolts sheared off and they want 70 bucks to get new ones...thanks ..

gawdam! i'd buy a jw bell before i did that.you cant bolt it together and measure it? i never used one so i realy aint any help Laughing i run a reid glide.

You can space it with grade 8 washers, or have a machine shop cut you the spacers you need at the exact length. Its just a spacer and the bolts do the clamping. I would call another converter company. $70 is crazy affraid

Make Sure you push conv all the way in the pump and pull out about 1/8 to 3/16 measure the distance to the flex plate shim with harden washers with grade 8 bolts I used lock nut s also on mine and go beat on some CHebbys cheers Very Happy $70 No

was beating alot of chevys the day the bolts sheared off and lost my spacers.iam just going to put it together and use washers and this time grade bolts...lol

cqan is .375 but slide the converter all the way in the pump and measure from flexplate to converter use a drill bit its easy to use to measure use the end that goes in the chuck then subtract .125 to .150 then use a washer stack up with grade 8 bolts
