Race Car Insurance?

Does anyone carry insurance on their car? On track only? On and off track? I am thinking about it and wanted to see what everyone else was doing. Thanks

I have off track now and plan on getting on track before racing the car again

I looked into it a few years ago. Was gonna be $500 per year on the car and trailer and was NOT covered while on the track.

I know some Insurance provides, like Bill Lutz, now offer on the track insurance as well.

x2 Bill Lutz is the way to go , on and off the track and will cover damage if you hit another car while racing .

at 50,000 it was around 2800 anually

that's not as bad as I thought. I guess I'll give Bill a call.

The last time I was at the track they was talking about on track insurance said if you wrecked and happen to hit the other car and it would cover both cars I never did get over to his trailer see how much everything .I do remember he said you could get 2 or 3 different coverages.
