im running a coan adapter with there crank pilot adapter. it work real clean you use your flexplate and starter so now buying a special flexplate or starter. just cut the motor plate down and it all cake of there im using it on a 700r4 it been in 3 years and lot miles.

Anybodies Powerglide kit will work with the 4L80 trans to a BBF engine; headers may be a slightly different story.

we have run JW stuff to very high horsepower numbers. running Reid stuff now because it has different mounting points than the front pump. but all of that was on a glide

im running the coan and it work great i had it on for 3 years without any trouble.. im using it with a 700r4 and have 140 passes so with nitrous and lots of miles over 10,000... overdrive is nice to have if you plan to drive it on the street and lockup is like another gear 70mph with 3.89 28" tall mt dr is 2300 rpm... you can lock mind in 2,3 and 4 makes that 3500 stall very streetable
