Good Day & Bad Day

Well the good news was my youngest daughter (turning 15) just got a job at the local Ford dealer. She's pretty pumped and I must admit so is her Dad. She'll be the receptionist and doing filing and helping out with other work........like sweet talking the parts guy .

Now the bad news, well good and bad. I was upgrading the rear carrier and had a buyer for the old assembly. When pulled off I found this;



I guess the positive thing is I found it before destroying the whole carrier, the bad is the sale tanked. Now just waiting for the rest of the parts to arrive.

hell put it on ebay,thats what most would do.

Just be thankful you found it before the buyer bought it w/o noticeing it was trashed.

Yea it sucks but really it was a good catch for you.

I am thankful for finding it before further carnage, does kind of make me wonder what else is lurking from the abuse . The axles still look good since they were upgraded so that worked out.

Off to drop the daughter at work, feels good to see her get her first part-time job and feels great it was at the Ford Dealer .
