C6 tci parts seem like they dont fit right

I purchased a tci manual valve body for my C6 and the R code servo...
The servo was extreamly hard to install without destroying the square cut O-ring... HOw do you install this without destroying the seal..
Are teh tci manual valvebodies stock bodies with parts changed??? Because the valvebody still has a ford part number on it right out of the tci box???

post a pic of the servo , and yes the manual vb's are made from stock cores ,so are mine ,manual and transbrake
