How deeps the water at Windy Hollow

Was just wondering if any of the Ky crew had any info on if The track was in danger of flooding yet w/all the rain.A few years ago it did and Plillip had to reschedule the race.

don't know anything about flooding at the track , but I am west of it and there is more water and flooding here than I have ever seen and its all happened in the last 2 hours.

that first year i went and the race was reshceduled it was due to the pits being sloshy not the track

if water gets over Windy Hollow Dragway...we'll all be in trouble... It doesn't flood...Well never has yet.

If anyone needs some water,we have enough to go around.

only .5" here today, I guess its better than nuthin'..........

hows the track? anyone?

As Nick posted above, the issue will be how soft and slushy the pit area will be in 11 days.

Ohio Valley is the track that water gets over.

How much snow is equivalent to 5" of rain...?

If I remember, 1" of rainfall is equal to 10" of "powder" snow. Something I read somewhere long ago. To get 5" of rainfall, that's alot of snow.
