which style of transmission adapter works best to adapt a chev tranny to my big block ford, TCI makes a plate with a flexplate and others have a ring which bolts to the converter and a another ring for the bellhousing and you use your ford flexplate. the ring adapter setup like PATC has is almost twice as much money.
