I went 1.14 60ft 5.01@137 1/8 and 7.91@167 at Palm Beach. That was my first time run of the day. I got to the semi final's and went 7.90@164 on the brakes hard but broke out and lost. I have been 4.98@138 but at Immokalee.

Nice! I always wondered what it would be like to make a 7-second pass. I noticed you raced at PBIR; I live 20 minutes from there. I wasn't aware of any ford-powered dragsters running at the track. the few times I have gone the past 2 years it was all chevy's.

Congrats!

We don't race there that much. I just got the Dragster last September. We had a full chassis Mustang II but Our 77 Mustang II burnt down. But there is 4 of us out there with BBF IN dragaters ranging from 6.90-7.20. Then you have me at 8.00 lol. The motor is apart right now getting freshen up. We also bumped the compression up some so we will see what she runs next weekend or the weekend after. If it don't rain we will be at PBIR this weekend. I'll have my 68 Falcon and 90 Mustang this weekend.

That's cool; I'll be sure to check around the track when I get back into town. I have a Mustang II chassis car as well. I wrecked it at South Mountain Dragway (PA) almost 5 yeras ago before I moved to Florida. It's just sitting in the garage awaiting the time (and money) to fix it.
