starter and oil pan

I wanted to know if there is a mini starter that will allow a full length kick out on the oil pan for my bbf. I want to use an external pump to allow a full length tray, and scraper. This goes under a tractor, so there is no problem with room for the pan.

I run an external pump, the pan is a custom, has a notch for the starter, only the ford gear reduction type will fit.
