Progessive controller settings Empty Progessive controller settings

Hey guys. Picked up a nms1000 controller recently and gonna be trying it out this coming weekend.

Question on where to start?
Ive been using a simple Leash single stage relay board w built in digiset delay timer.
It worked great w a smaller shot but once I started getting into bigger jetting I had to delay it WAY more to keep the tires under it. (On on leafsprings w. mt  275 pro radials.)
It will usually hook w .4 delay in the leash.
Im thinking of starting the nms1000 w minimal delay (maybe .1) @ 20% and bringing it all in around 1.0 seconds and shortening the ramp from there if it hooks.
Does that sound like a reasonable starting place?
Since itll usually hold all of it when I turn it on at .4 w the leash the 1.0 sec ramp of the nms seems really safe.

Thoughts?

Do most people delay then progress...or just progress?

Delay makes it very tough to make radials work. Actually makes it tougher to stick the tire most of the time.

What system do you have? What solenoids?
