Sprag or Spragless Empty Sprag or Spragless

Running spragless converter now in 5.40 eighth mile car. Would a sprag type help any?

IMHO it wouldn't do anything except give you the ability to build an 1/8 mile convertor. I prefer a spragless in any bracket application.
