A few photo's of the 65 mutsang we put togather for my son

Here are a few photos we put together for my son to play with.Nothing fancy 60 over f/t 351w c-4 trans brake.It went mid 7's first time out.It should run fairly low 7,s with a little tuning. Should be fun to play with.

Thanks for the postive comments.It was a pretty easy build.I was suprised with how it runs It was pretty much put togather out of parts I had laying around the shop.some old 69 windsor heads that were hand ported many yrs ago a lunati hyd cam of unknown specs ins 4 deg advanced.The only piece bought new for the motor was thr performer rpm.I didn't put junk in it just stuff I had picked up here and there.
My son is 15 and will be 16 next august.He's no stranger to driving though,he has raced sine he was 5 y/o.He raced go carts in wka untill he had to have back surgery 2 yrs ago.He needs alot of seat time to get ready for a car.I've been letting him play around with it but the tracks have putty much closed around here for the season.

My first (dependable) car was a 65 coupe.

I have a top loader put up for it.I would like to put it togather with a old in line shifter which I do not have. But for nor now it to have the auto. in it for Wyatt to drive.One day I'll put him in the fox body and turn this one into a shifter car
