According to Chris, (TopSportsman916) this sight is the Ky Krew sandbox, so to all you great guy's that do not live here, as a Kentucky Colonel I grant everyone free Kentucky citizenship.

This is getting bad.

I saw all that BS over there. I think most of "their" comments were VERY uncalled for. I may not live there, but I consider the Ky Krew my friends.. If that makes me a nut-hugger ..so be it..
It is funny that since the "Krew" left.. seems like all the haters have come out the woodwork over there..

I saw that also and it surprised me to see those comments about my friends in Kentucky. I had to bite my tongue on that one since I was ganged up on for stating my opinion yesterday .

It'll be fun to watch'em try to get good honest answers now.

Best thing to do is stay the hell off that site

We have just as good a site here as we did before Lord Jeffery sold out. And it's getting better every day.

The less BS the new guys see here the better we look compared to them. Just keep answering questions, no matter how many times they are asked. Everybody has to start somewhere.

We will be know as the most helpful friendly, and knowledgeable site on the web for the BBF .


I really don't care to even see what the crap they do over there.

Its hard to believe Chris would make a statement like that . I am sure he was just mad at me .

I can't believe that Chris came down on Charlie like that. There are always people who will have different views of others, but I think this was a little over the top. Charlie is a very accomplished cylinder head artist, one of many we have. I doubt he should be referred to as being dethroned, as Scotty, Bret, Blake, Randy M. et al are also kings in my book, and they will never be "de-throned" as they don't put themselves on any pedastal IMHO. They are just a bunch of good ole boys that will help a guy out.

Man that is BS, But like Blake said it will only be a matter of time before, they are over here askin since they cant get a good answer any more

I really believe it would be the best to just stay away and keep to ourselves. JMO

I said this on the other site and I will say it here. Can we please stop this little never-ending pissing contest on all sides already? God I'm getting so tired of this $hit. All these little back and forth never-ending stir/re-stir the pot jabs between the two sites & individuals is really aggravating. More & more like a phuckin soap opera every day than supposed 460 sites.

Ive been going back and forth between the 2 sites and reading posts and just like Dave said this has to stop and it will not be tolerated no more on this site. There are dozens of highly reconized individuals that i have asked to be apart of "our" site i do not want to run them off . So as of now i will deleted any thread or post that has to do with the other site. It has to stop guys and it will stop as of now .

Well I just cant believe who's mouth's it came out off over there... I thought those guys were better than that..?? And Picking on Ol Uncle Charlie was tea totally tasteless !! Over the years i have seen the 1000's of hours he has put in posting his Finding in R&D and endless hot tips..and the man has never had a bad word to say about anyone.. That was just and un-called for slap in the damn face !

Hell Charlie has even done jobs in the shop that guys were wondring about ? Like if they did this or that what would the end result be...and he would do it on his time and post the results for all to see!! Imagine "IF" you had to pay for that ! I really Like Charlie ! He has always been super nice and I have never talked to him with him being in a bad mood ! and anyone that knows Charlie..also know he has a real cool calm and collected head about him..and that was just a f**kin Cheap shot !

Nick I also see with the new baord you put on below the main page, that shows who all has checked in, In the last 24hrs... Ol Chris Childress seems to be here quite a bit ?

I agree that is does not serve a good purpose. I have one question though, wasn't 555 notchback the one talking all kinds of smack to you last year Bruno then couldn't go at the last minute? Maybe I have him confused with someone else.

I don't think that deleting is necessary, as that is what happened over at the other siite. Leave it as a reminder of how to act or not act around people. I don't think that clearing the air once in a while is a bad thing as long as personal attacks don't become inflamatory. Don't sweat it David. I thnk we held the high ground here, and the ones who started slinging mud over there are the ones with the egg on their face, even though the thread is deleted.

As long as everyone understand that I was in no way trying to stir the pot by posting this thread, I was stunned at how bad things have turned. I saw the cheap shots being thrown at people I thought were friends.
People need to step back and think sometimes before posting, words are easy to say but hard to amend for.

But I am cool.

I remember a few years back when a guy was posting misinformation about Bret on the Stompers site. There is always some keyboard artist out there that wants to act like childish. It's no big deal and I hope Charlie can forgive this person just as Bret did with that guy. It is better to turn the other cheak than hold a grudge. Be in a Christian attitude, as the Good Lord forgave those who crucified him, hopefully we can all forgive those who went after our friend here. I remember the story that Mr. Kasse told at the Tech Seminar about a conversation with Bob Glidden and how Mr. Glidden demeaned him, sometimes even mean things said serve a better purpose down the road. I would imagine that Mr. Glidden would like to take back the mean words he expressed.
