I'm sick of this getting old!

It makes me so mad and stresses me out when I do such stupid shyt that I never used to do. Tonight I backed into a gooseneck trailer hitch that I knew was there but didnt see it untill I broke out the rear glass of my station wagon. This is the 93 Roadmaster wagon that I inherited from my uncle after his death who was more of a father than my father was. It just almost made me sick to my stomach. The screwups seems to get more often and more serious as time goes by.

If anyone knows of a window please let me know as this old car means a lot to me.

The alternative to getting old is not good.

At the body shop a couple of weeks ago ,after the 3rd late night sanding (on the race car),hopped in my truck ,put in reverse, looked in all 3 mirrors ! started to back up and I'm thinking why cann't I see anything in my backup camera (backup alarm sounding !!) and crunch just as I see a pole come into view!!! my seniors moment!!! New tailgate for my '08 F150 - $505 + $78 for the plastic moulding - paint $100 , sanding Free by me !! some day's shit just happens!! And you just have to laugh at your self and say dumm shit!!!

I know what you mean about getting old, having a senior moment in the morning and putting Preperation H on your toothbrush. Damm I could sense something was wrong when I didn't smell the mint aromah. Thats as far as it got to!!!LOL

I still want to do as I did when I was 25 and enjoy the hell out of it when I do.
I hate the effects of doing as I did at 25 the next day.

Well I feel slightly better as I got a new glass on the way for $163, the salvage places that did have one wanted as much as $350 plus shipping.

I do something stupid at least once a day. I try to blame it on the beer, but it is my fault........

You don't have to get old to do stupid stuff like that in is just human nature to screw things up now and then.

I try to remember this....There is NO LAW which requires you to TELL people about the stupid shit you do...If nobody saw me smack myself in the mouth with a wrench, it didn't happen.

I TRY to remember that, but then again....I can hide my own Easter eggs.

About like when you slip down or something you jump up and look around to see if anybody seen you after you done told them to becreful or you might slip or fall down.
