Four bolting factory block

Thinking about putting four bolt mains on my factory block was wondering what peoples opinion on that would be. Engine will be 528 cu inch turning around 7000 rpm for 300 feet. thanks Pullboy

I think it is a great idea on a thick main webbed block and a good idea on a thin one.
Then cost should be compared with a racing block..

If you are wanting to do a 4.5 (or more) thing, now is the time to weigh the options vs an A460 block.
I/e 4.5 bore and 4.15 stroke
