Drill & tap the remaining pin to a 10-32 and use a slide hammer.

. Talk to Red Jones or 61coon. I had one to shear off in my cam and ole Red got it out for me.

x2 and It would be a good idea to double pin it and if you buy a new cam ask for it to have a .4375 bolt too.

is it a "soft " pin or a hardened one. will I need a special drill bit?

Re: cam pin broken
well I got the broken piece out. a lot easier than I thought it would be. it was a soft pin. center drilled it and out it came. no slide hammer needed.
