Barry Grant mighty Demond RS carb

Anyone ever used a BG mighty demond with the removable sleeves? A buddy of mine has one set up as a 1195 and said he has other sleeves to make a 1295 I believe. How do they compare to the holley 1250 dominator? I can buy it cheap and it is in excellent working order.

My bad its a king demond, $650 and it has 2 different sets of sleeves, done told him I would take it.
