Need to swap a pinion yoke on a 9"

Need to swap out a dragster coupler for a typical 1350 yoke? One I swap them does the gearset need any checking? Or do I just torque the nut down since the pinion is already shimmed and ring gear already set?

As long as the pinion support has a solid spacer and not a crush sleeve you will be fine. Just retorque and good to go.
