straight axle

hello, has any one ever seen a car with a straight axle hook with a caltrac system?

I've seen them. mainly at nostalgia events. Some gassers using the straight and cal-trac.
A A-arm setup would be better, unless youre after the "nostalgia-look".

At the nostalgia drags I recently went too there was a bunch of straight axle cars there.

But I don't remember seeing any of the Caltrac stuff. Most of them had either a slapper/traction bar, some form of a ladder bar, and a few even had what looked like home made "street" 4-link/4 bar stuff.
