Movie Trivia, asking the experts

Does anyone know the name of the movie that had a Red Mustang, 1970's era car. The star drove the car and had something hanging from the mirror. Thats all I can remember. IT was not a huge movie. I think it was taking place in a country area, like out in the west or southwest.

Please help me figure this out.

Not much help, Really it exists. THe car was awesome, maybe a "B" movie.

I believe the movie your looking for is Born To Run 1993 Richard Greico is the actor driving the red mustang street racing.

I loved that movie. Bad acting but the cars were sweet. I remember renting it several times but I haven't seen it for several years. I remember when he was looking thru the junk yard for some 4.11's and when he took the chick for the ride he taped a $100.00 bill to the dash. I wonder if its still available.

What, the $100.00 bill, prolly still taped there, if she didn't grab it.

I came across this movie one night channel surfing and was hooked by the mustang, never saw the entire movie. The scene with the $100 bill was fun, if she could grab it while the car was accelerating then she could have it. Funny thing about that, the road was wet!!! I think the car ended up crashing and blowing up eventually.
