T-Bird Newbie

Post  Diddly on November 11th 2011, 9:27 pm

Been lurking on here a few weeks now, recently remodeled the Cleveland in my racecar at about 7700rpm. Now building a BBF to replace it, no replacement for displacement, right? elephant Anyways it's an '85 T-Bird, alston chassis, lot's of fiberglass under 2500lbs with fat driver. Cleveland stuff is getting tougher and tougher to build so it was a toss up between a windsor and a BBF, well maybe not much of a tossup. Lot's of friends and racers can't understand why I wouldn't just toss a BBC and a glide in it, but frankly I just don't like my sister that way. Suspect Anyways enjoying all the great info and legendary builders on here.

Dam, you are lucky yours is a strut car, wanted to see how your headers were built. I have one exhaust port directly in front of and upper control arm mount. pale
