• I would like to get another tool box for the trailer. I am thinking about a 52 inch bottom box to go beside my older box.
• I need to pull the motor and trans. Check the bearing on the 598 and get the trans to Keith Neal to freshen up.
• I would also like to freshen up the 514 and get it to the dyno.
• Been thinking about adding a little more spoiler to the red car.
• Push button release for the chute.
• New battery/new tires…closer to the opening of the season.

How about you?

Well...........

(been kinda of quiet on here and need to get back into the swing of it)

Plans are to:

1) Open my wheel wells some so I don't have to worry about any tire interference.

2)Ward ..... I'll be calling you soon.

3) Get some good adjustable front struts and possibly some rear shocks and maybe some other odds and ends done to the rear suspension.

4) Baby steps Wink

Gettin' parts to finally put my engine back together. New pistons, lifters, cam, and rockers. Need new tires and I need to replace my brake rotors. My helmet has went out of date so that needs replaced. I hope to get my trailer painted next spring.

BTW Randy, PTRA is going to have a 4.90 index class next year. May be something that interest you!

Dave I would like to make a few of those 4.90 races. It sounds like Mike Hill is going to run the 4.70 stuff at his Pro Mod races next year also. I believe we are going to have a lot of heads up racing down this way next year.

1. Put my motor together (499 alum rod) with the TFS heads I got from Dan Hobbs!

2. New slicks - need 16X33's

3. put grill in the front end for air flow

4. Install tail lights I picked up a few weeks ago.

5. Order a new hood from hairy glass.

6. Gonna do a 557 shortblock in the future.

I'm not a real fan of this place, but I have looked at this for a trailer possibility. It is very heavy duty, has locking drawers, good casters, and is on sale now. It would be easy to roll out of the trailer, keep the tools close, and then be able to lock them up while you're in the lanes.

I have the new tool box installed in the trailer and got the alarm installed (Thanks for the pics Kerry). The car is ready to pull the engine and trans. I plan to get it this weekend.

About the only thing in the winter budget is a fuel cell, elec pump install and battery relocate job. Oh ya the transfer case needs to be removed and a new driveshaft made.
New slicks and shocks will have to wait til spring unless I hit the powerball Laughing Laughing
