Powder coated intake??

I found this picture while searching distributor threads. Does anyone know if that is powder coated or painted with that speckle finish?

I believe that was Ricks (bbf-falcon) tunnel ram, and if it is, it was powder coated.

Yea,that was mine. A neighbor down the holler did it for me and yes he put silver specks in it. The more light that hits it,the more it sparkles.

That is just flat out cool Rick. Hopefully one day I can see it in person.
