Got the front end on the '69 today ( PICS )

My brother Tim & I got the front end mounted today!!! All Steel except for hood, making it so it will slip off like a glass one.

Front end support tree we built from 1/4" square tubing & aluminum flat all from Home Depot for $ 47.00 bucks! Way better than buying a "kit" for $200.00 from mail order.













will be mounting the doors with the kit to be able to remove them by lifting them off tomorrow.

That is one good lookin car.

Thats a clean build! I will deff be keeping an eye out for this one. What color is the car?

actually its a bit of a custom colour, I took the old Pontiac "aquamarine blue" and add some green to it , in the natural daylight the car looks blue, but at night or in artificial light it has a very "green" hue to it. was'nt trying for that effect but its kinda cool .
