Kaase oil pump with stud girdle

is anyone running a kaase oil pump with main stud girdle? I tried to mock mine up and the pump rests on the main stud bolt. I have a canton girdle.

Ditch the girdle........ if your paranoid about it use cap straps.

Okay, if the girdle makes it easy to mount your windage tray and you want to keep it, then cut off that part of the girdle that is around the oil pump. I seen a thousand small block Ford girdles that are made that way. Only one side of the girdle goes up to the # 1 main cap.

thanx, i will just cut it, i would rather keep the kaase pump than the girdle but now i have line honed with the girdle and i have bought and paid for the girdle so i may as well use it.
