My girls first Figure comp...

Hey, hey,,,,Everyone.

This was My girls first Figure comp.
Las Vegas, Saturday April 7th 2012, (the Cutler desert classic). She was super hard and crisp Friday evening, but the carb loading screwed her up..
Next time no CARB loading before the show. As you can see she is a little soft. (or full is what we call it.)

All in all, she got 4th in her class, (of 30). Got a kick ass prize and invites to a few National qualifing shows....
Her next show will be May 12th here in Detroit... The Michigan!! Big time show...

Friday evening.... Pasta, and such. 3- to -4 bites every 1 1/2 to 2 hours, only sipping water.
Saturday morning. 2 stack pancakes, (SUGAR) sipping water.
Before prejudge, parts of a muffin, candy, sipping water.
Night show, 2hrs before show, hamburger (bun, no ketchup, no mustard, not veggies) no water.
Candy before stage, no water.

still she came in full... Next time we are going to carry the diet up to the show.. No carbs, no water....

Also her back pose photo,,,,, she didn't hold her shoulders correctly...
didn't show all her muscles... It's ok.. First show, I feel she did great!

She done great for the first show!! Timing is very hard to nail down.

I have a few friends into the body building, one of them actually runs a lot of the bigger shows in Southern Ontario. There is a ton of work needed for this stuff!!
