99 F350 Super duty trouble code P1316, Inj circuit/IDM codes detected..running fine one minute, running rough, with a dropped hole the next..

Any tips, comments..places to look ??

Check the plugs on the valve cover gaskets, under valve cover harnesses, big plug on drivers side valve cover.
