Looks like a highly modified TFS A-460 intake manifold to me. The bosses on the runners and the forward facing thermo housing are the giveaways.

YEP ... I know of a truck puller 509 engine with an intake VERY similar to that one.
A flat bottom plenum TFS with a shoe box type modification like the DART Chevrolet "Box Ram" and that puller one sure works well with a 4150 style carb.

same tfs-a460 heads on his last piece and a 1 off intake ..... 1290 @ 8700 rpm cheers
