starting with 429cj

this is what i have im just wondering what kind of power and 1/4 mile times i should expect?89 coupe mustang..030 429 cj spun balanced with forged flat tops,solid roller 692/692 264/274@50 298/306 112ls, 72cc edelbrock heads done by steigamier vic 460 intake c and s 1100 dom, msd ignit,aeromotive fuel system,supercomp c4 manual reverse with a brake,430 gears,29/10w/15 slicks.car weighs2990 with me.im wanting to put it on the dyno in the next month.

The c4 may have a short life. Keep us posted, your build looks interesting. Are you staying at 429 CI and NA?

ive run the c4 for 10 years with small blocks and 3 years with my 466.it went 10.0 @ 139 na at gateway,nock on wood no prob with tranny but we have broken rods 3 different times .

An interesting combination I do believe! Assuming the 429's stroke is of 385 series factory specifications, I think the C4 will do fine as well may be an asset to your combination. Good luck and keep us posted.
