Depending how much higher the sell price will be, at the current bid or even a few thousand more it would be a heck of a buy!

Dave.

^^^Hell yeah, I bet that much is in just the motor. I don't really like the 71-73 mustang but that one looks really nice.

I just read the description, yeah I guess the owner did pass away, and his son is now selling. I hope he gets more for it. It probably took $60K to build, hopefully he gets $30K for it.

It is Ron Riversby car and his son Ron jr is selling it here in Colorado. Bad thing is he never returns any ones calls. I've called his cell number 5 times in the last 3 weeks and he's not replied. He listed it here as well and at one point listed it for $15k just the car. and he turned down $18k on EBAY selling it less trailer. Not sure What he's thinking... drunken

I'm not sure of this particular scenario but I think its sad that in way too many cases surviving family members see more cash value than sentiment. Pretty sure Ron had a huge passion for cars, engines and racing.
Hope whoever ends up w it appreciates that.

OK I called him today and must have got him out of bed(He was in LA) ans I first off let him know that I've been watching the car on the local craigslist and ebay and ask him what he really wants for the car. He told me he wanted $30k
I then confronted him why he continues to list it on Craigslist for $15k. He said there's no listing for this price and I again confronted him that he just relisted it on Aug 2nd.

Here's my email to him and the link to the listing

Ron

Greg Nicoleti here I talked with you Saturday Morning about this and this was the listing that is current on Craigslist for $15000
I was assuming this was the car price. And after talking with you you said you wanted $30K
Please correct me if you would as me and my family will be talking this over Saunday.

Greg

I don't get it. I'm not trying to take advantage of him but he needs to get his s##t figured out.
