c6 shifting problem

Just had my C6 rebuilt... with 5clutches instead of 3 and 6pinion planetary's and e40d first and second gear with roller bearing shaft...
tci manual valve body ( no trans brake)
and the second gear servo

Problem...
first to second gear takes over 1 second.... it seems like forever. Its a full race truck..
Can it be adjusted??

Servo along with vb issuses and some clutch pack clearance issuses sounds like to me.

Is this the same servo that they had a hard time getting out or is it a new one ?

same servo. the seal got all chewed up and thats why it stuck. now. i talked to my rebuilder and he told me that he left the outter seal of the servo off so that i would get more pressure on second gear....

his told me to pull out the spring now so it works faster without the seal... or we can put the seal back on it ...

leave the seal on it and put a stiff spring in it ! Do not take the spring out ! If you were not so far away I would come fix it for you. Sorry you are having such bad luck.

I dont know what these guys are thinking... they build me a trans just like this 2 months ago for another truck i built and that one works great and they put the same parts in it and didn't take anything out....
