EFI heads+70's truck exhaust manifolds?

Ok, I'll get to the point, I recently came back around to doing a '78 fullsize bronco and plan on putting a 460 in it. I got a 460 out of a '92 F350 for my build, and my question is this.
Will exhaust manifolds from a '70s truck bolt on to my EFI heads?
this is sort of a budget build, I just would rather not put headers on it.

The bolt pattern is the same, however the port shape is not. Therefore, the carb exhaust manifolds will not seal. Use the 460 FI manifolds.
