2013 My plans get my engine together and in car , and hopping toget it in paint and maybe just maybe be at the track testing in the fall

Finish assembling my 523 to replace my broken 512 before April so I can run the points again at Gateway. Get it in the car and all in one piece so I can focus back on my wife's 57 Fairlane which is disassembled and taking up a lot of space in both my garage and my dad's. We are doing a frame off restomod on the 57 and it will get a 5.0/331 stroker with AOD.

Thanks and hope yours is safe a well. As for the truck for 2013 hoping to have a successful program and hopefully the things learned last year get me where i want to be. Gonna run index class this coming season.

The Ga Boyz will be on the road alot more..
Going to take the plunge and run some of the Jeg's SQ races.
Going to do some bracket racing and may even run a few select D2 meets..

As for my "other " ride"..

It all depends on how well the testing goes in the new year. Oh, and Happy New Year

2013 get the 552 built and make a few passes se what it will do

pill up the grande and try to go some 5.0's, get smallblock deal done and run the 6.0 class w it and turn it up for some grudge stuff.

Going through both trans and getting them re-cert and the flex plates as well. Hoping the newer car responds better this coming year. My kid has work a deal with 5 -6 companies to sponsor the cars this year along with doing a bunch of upgrades to his 6.2l Raptor truck. when the cars and truck get wrapped I'll post pictures.

Get a 9.70 out of current car and motor.(more left in the the car than motor).. Not to mention driver>>>> Quit smoking and ...somewhat drinking............. build a 1100hp A460 motor. Pay off some bills.... get a new/hunting/tow/daily driver/ decent truck..........yes sir. I know I'm dreaming now but isn't that what a resolution is for !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My first car was a Maverick and I've owned ten of em throughout the years. I love the style and look of these cars.

Shake down the Maverick and sort out the chassis, get the paint done and start on the new bigger bullet.

Well.... if we are dreaming, I hope to get Phillip on the 632" deal. If we are in the land of reality, I hope to get the Ranger body on the truck, data logger and air shifter in, new wheels/tires on the rear, and new wide 5's on the front, and converter reflashed. Then it's off to work on getting the "new to me" enclosed trailer put together with living quarters and such. It's a long list, but I've got a jump on some of it, and there is nothing else to do all winter long after the farm stuff is fixed up, so I can work on all of it non stop until it's time to go to the fields again. Happy prosperous New Year to all.

Yes, happy new year to all you fellas. I'm not planning on getting anything done on my car this year. For the past two years I've said I'm gonna finish it, and I haven't yet. It seems like life gets in the way. So this year I'm gonna try a different approach.LOL. ---RED

To get a roll bar in my car and race it this year.The last time i raced it was 2010 when i ran a 11.27 at 122 mph.
