Will a 4.825 stroke crank fit in a svo block and if so what's needed to do so? Thanks

Usually and external oil pump or spacing the internal oil pump 3/16" will do it. Depending upon the rods used will determine how much hand grinding is necessary in the crankcase; usually not much unless large aluminum rods are used.

Why the odd stroke? 4.875 would be 4 7/8"

An external oil pump would be advised for this application.
