ok got a upr k member . when i tighten the control arms they bind up . i was thinking a bought backing the nut off until they unbind and dubble nutting them . will that be ok or sud i just do them up tight?

Double nut with the outer nut being a nylock if possible. That's how my lower arms are.

Do you have a pic of the lower arms are they a poly bushing with no weight they will bind. Most of the street stuff is going to be tight with the ploy bushing is this for a street car or strip only? If it is a street car torque it down and you will be good to go. If this is a race unit only I would have the ends change out for hiem joint free flotting. Hope this helps. Jason

it is a poly bushing on the ends . it is a street/strip car . so now do i make it for the street and torque it down or back it off a thread and double nut them ? i think i will e-mail upr on the subject and see what they say

upr should have a tourqe spec just go with that and you will be good to go after a few street miles it will lossing up.
